On September 20, 2019, bohongrui and partners of RCWY met in the beautiful mountain city of chongqing and started the course "efficient communication from the perspective of psychology". This time the course is attended by RCWY's butlers, who deal with different clients and work partners every day, answering questions and providing strong support.

Therefore, according to the nature of their daily work, we design courses tightly around the they work in different situations and different personality types of people how to effectively communicate, influence and motivation, thereby improving eq management ability and so on has carried on the simple talk content, let the students no longer accept a simple theory, but theory into their classroom every link, interactive games, brainstorming, students sharing, let the classroom become students dominate the classroom.

How to communicate effectively? Empathetic feedback is two keys to cracking the barriers to effective communication.
