EAP Service

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a systematic and long-term welfare and supporting program set up by enterprises for their employees. Through professional diagnosis, advice, guidance, training and consultating for employees and their immediate family members, this program is designed to help solve employees' and their family members' various psychological and behavioral problems, help human resources consulting managers deal with employee relations, eliminate all factors which may affect employees' performances, improve employees' performance in the enterprise and increase organizational cohesion. Thus enterprise can remain competitive for a long time.


Completed EAP includes: stress assessing organizational changing, advertising, educational training, stress counseling and so on. Specifically, it can be divided into three parts: the first is to deal with the external pressure source itself that causes the problem, which is, to reduce or eliminate inappropriate management and environmental factors. The second part is dealing with the reaction caused by stress, which are emotions, behaviors, reliefs and guidances of symptoms like physiology. The third part is changing the individual's own weaknesses, which is, to change irrational beliefs, behavior patterns and lifestyles.


Problems Involved

Specifically, the services of EAP cover three aspects: personal life, work issues, and organizational development.

Personal life: health issues, social relationships, family relationships, economic issues, emotional distress, legal issues, anxiety, alcoholism, drug addiction and other related issues.

Work issues: job requirements, job fairness, work relationships, bullying and intimidation, personal relationships, family-work balance, work stress and other related issues.

Organizational development: Involving service projects with enterprise development strategies, through organizational measures and systematic human management methods, enabling organizations to achieve benefits through employees' assistance programs.
