Job Responsibilities
1. Based on the positioning of target customer to find quality customer resources, and find the key decision makers to communicate effectively
2. To evaluate, select, classify and manage potential customers
3. To plan and conduct interviews with key decision makers, and get deep understanding of customer needs
4. To explore customer needs and tailor development plans based on customer training objectives
5. To carry out project follow-up, internal and external communication and coordination, ensuring the execution of the project
6. To manage and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales performance
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, passionate about management consulting or training industry
2. Have a keen market insight and good customer analysis skills
3. Have good listening and communication skills
4. Have active learning attitude and willingness and excellent learning ability
