Curriculum Development stage


Through preliminary in-depth investigation and summary analysis, we found that the existing conflict management courses (with a general focus on communication) could not meet BEST's current needs. A large number of problems collected cannot be solved in a short period of time, and are also experienced by every enterprise in the face of change, transformation and strategic adjustment. So what can we do? The course development team did a series of thinking.


Based on the characteristics of the industry in which BEST is located, the original conflict management courses are expanded from the original conflict resolution strategy problems to the real conflict resolution problems of enterprises. Solve the problem with theory and real situation, output the solution and implementation steps on site, guide the students to solve the problem from the theoretical level to the behavioral level.





Day 1: Identify and diagnose conflicts at both psychological and personal levels


Before the beginning of the course, we had a special "ridicule", no explanation, no argument, just ridicule. What you want to say and what you dare not say are all on paper.

After teasing, we found dozens of conflicts, the teacher led us to extract and summarize. With something to do and something to be done as the core idea, 8 key questions were collected and put into the box to set goals for the two-day training results. Conflict identification
