Course designing and developing for XD medicine trainers

Curriculum development and Design is the second stage of internal trainer training under boda Hengrui project curriculum. It undertakes the first stage of speech presentation, and the second stage enters into the deeper level of curriculum design and development. The second stage describes the whole process of curriculum design and development from the aspects of requirements confirmation in the early stage of curriculum design, curriculum structure design, curriculum outline design and extraction of best practices.


On the basis of the first stage, the course Development and Design continues to use the guiding means of micro-consultation, and at each knowledge node and key point of the course development, the group will provide one-to-one counseling, presentation, guidance and optimization until the customs clearance.


The class is student-centered and revolves around the course design and presentation of students throughout the course. Meanwhile, the discussion mode of "World coffee" is used to enable each group to constantly improve the course design and outline through co-creation.


During the course design of practical operation course, the course objects keep feedback, and finally the design and development can not only meet the needs and interests of the course objects, but also extract and refine the key points of their own experience and practice, forming a classic course of knowledge and experience transmission.
