Starting from our cooperation with the first well-known pharmaceutical enterprise, we have been constantly optimizing and accumulating. Aiming at the characteristics of pharmaceutical enterprises, such as long project cycle, high education level and strong professionalism, we have designed one-to-one courses and built a customized r&d project management course system in the medical industry that is different from other industries. Before the course customization of R pharmaceutical company, which has a long history and ranks among the top in the industry, I learned that all the r&d personnel are high-end talents in the industry and have been exposed to project management training before, but it is not systematic. The architecture of the system is badly needed.


So, how to open the student's mind through the course, temporarily put aside the past experience, to accept the new things? Ii. Pharmaceutical enterprise R&D project management process
