Zhenghang Plan is a talent development strategy planned by RC Real Estate for managers and supervisors, aiming to improve managers' overall management ability and cultivate a large number of competent middle managers.

This zhenhang plan-Manager training camp has three stages. From the early stage of the students' ingestion psychological interview and communication with their immediate superiors, to the later stage of the students' counseling, after-class practical homework and the supervisor's return visit.
