Zhenghang Plan -- Management goal

Zhenghang Plan is a talent development strategy planned by RC Real Estate for managers and supervisors, aiming to improve managers' overall management ability and cultivate a large number of competent middle managers.


This zhenhang plan-Manager training camp has three stages. Boda Hengrui's professional consulting training team takes the company's leadership copyright course -- consulting manager customized course combined with the actual situation of RC, to ensure the pertinence and implementation of the course.

From December 15 to 16, 50 friends from five cities in the southwest of RC met again in Chongqing after the training on November 10-11. The whole process of problem analysis and solution was driven by the world coffee, and the whole audience interacted with each other. Everyone actively expressed and discussed their own opinions, without criticism or judgment, and finished the steps of solving problems in the world coffee situation.
